We establish clear communication channels through a dedicated Slack channel and provide guidance or training on submitting a Work Order Sheet. Optionally, you can grant us Child Account Access to create shipments on your behalf.
To initiate the FBA prep process, you simply submit a Work Order Sheet and provide the necessary FNSKU labels. This step serves as the initial trigger for our team to expect your goods, commence preparation and packaging of your products.
Once we have your Work Order Sheet and FNSKU labels, we move forward with preparing your shipments. This includes scheduling the preparation, collaborating with you to create shipments, conducting a thorough inspection of your products We communicate progress and provide a detailed report of the goods received or any damages observed.
The final step involves sending you the invoice (if not on Direct Debit) and the actual shipment of your products to Amazon’s fulfillment centres. We take care of booking the collection of your prepared shipments with reliable courier services like UPS or DPD. This ensures that your items are dispatched efficiently and ready for sale on Amazon’s platform.
